Northwestern University's international campus in Qatar teaches free speech and journalism in the Middle East. I directed a major design and content overhaul of the Middle East campus website, from concept to launch. I conducted user research, analyzed the existing system, developed interaction design documents, translated business objectives and user needs into product requirements, and created a new information architecture. I hired and worked closely with a creative team on the project, and managed campus stakeholders throughout the process.
I continue to design, copywrite, code, and lead iterative developments on the site's design and content based on user testing and feedback.
